COLUMBUS, Ind. — A Hartsville resident was arrested Thursday around 9 p.m., after being treated for a heroin overdose in a Columbus parking lot.
Columbus police found Tory Gray, 25, along 25th Street, unresponsive with a syringe in his hand. Police removed the syringe and tried to wake him up unsuccessfully. Narcan had to be used to revive Gray.
Gray was taken to Columbus Regional Health, and then transported to the Bartholomew County Jail and charged with possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of an injection device.
