FRANKLIN, Ind. – A Nashville man was arrested on drug charges in the Johnson Memorial Health parking lot Sunday. According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were called to the hospital lot on a report of a suspicious person. Deputies reportedly determined Kyle Foley, 24, to be under the influence of methamphetamine. A search of his vehicle allegedly turned up six syringes and numerous items of paraphernalia. After being checked by emergency staff at Johnson Memorial Health, Foley was taken to the Johnson County Jail.
