COLUMBUS, Ind. - The second annual Columbus Asian Fest is this Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Downtown Columbus. The event celebrates the rich cultures, traditions, and contributions of Asian communities.
The day is filled with food, homemade goods, art, culture, performances, and community connection.
Attendees will find a diverse range of cuisine, including Filipino, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, and Indonesian dishes, as well as handmade art, plants, accessories, and cultural treasures.
The Columbus Asian Fest is a family-friendly event and fosters unity, appreciation, and understanding of the diverse Asian heritage.
To accommodate the festival on Saturday, 4th Street will be closed from Jackson to Washington Streets and from Washington to Franklin Streets, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Washington Street will be closed from 5th to 3rd Streets, beginning at 5 p.m. and continuing through the end of Asian Fest.
