Seymour seeks vendors for first 'Taste of Our Town' in September

SEYMOUR, Ind. - The Jackson County Chamber and Seymour Main Street have announced the inaugural "Taste of Our Town," a new community dining experience scheduled to take place in downtown Seymour on September 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. 

Taste of Our Town will bring together local restaurants, food trucks, businesses, and community members for an adults-only evening celebrating the flavors and spirit of Jackson County. The event will feature live jazz music and a variety of specialty bites from local food vendors.    

Designed to showcase local businesses while encouraging community connection, Taste of Our Town offers guests the opportunity to enjoy an evening of great food, live entertainment, and conversation in the heart of downtown Seymour.   

“We are thrilled to partner with Seymour Main Street to introduce Taste of Our Town, ” said Dan Robison, Chamber Director. “This event is an opportunity to highlight the incredible businesses that make our community special while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.”    

The Jackson County Chamber and Seymour Main Street are currently seeking Jackson County businesses, restaurants, food trucks, and community partners interested in participating in the event.
