COLUMBUS, Ind. — A report of a suspicious person led to the arrest of a Columbus man over the weekend.
Police were called to the Marathon gas station in the 2100 block of National Road and found Jacob Perry, 28, staggering through the parking lot of a nearby business around 7:30 p.m. Saturday. While questioning Perry police found drug paraphernalia and made an arrest.
Perry was charged with public intoxication and possession of paraphernalia.
