LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. — A Columbus man is accused of threatening a southeastern Indiana judge on social media.
Authorities say Robert M. Faulkner, of Columbus, threatened to shoot a Dearborn County judge after a relative was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation on Dec. 10.
Court documents allege Faulkner’s Facebook message read, “Now I’m pissed, I’m be putting bullets in that judge”.
Faulkner was arrested on two pending charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor battery.
