INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Health (ISDH) confirmed on Friday that the Hoosier state had recorded its fourth flu-related death during the 2018-2019 season. Spokespeople say that influenza is becoming more widespread throughout the state. If you haven’t already done so, it is still recommended that you get a flu shot as the flu season runs through May.
Although the patient’s name was not released, ISDH did say that the person was over 50. The other three victims were over 65.
